With its warm golden hue, Matiari Reposado showcases a medium intensity with inviting aromas of roasted agave, caramel, and vanilla, beautifully layered with hints of honeyed citrus, toasted almonds, and a whisper of cinnamon with subtle floral and oak-driven notes.
A smooth mouthfeel flows to flavors of cooked agave complemented by silky butterscotch, ripe tropical fruit, and a gentle warmth of baking spices. Light oak aging imparts soft hints of vanilla, toasted coconut, and a touch of dark chocolate, enhancing its complexity without overpowering the fresh agave essence.
The finish is long and satisfying, leaving behind traces of sweet spice, caramelized agave, and a delicate touch of oak.

Production Process
Single Farm Select Agave
Hand-selecting our agaves from a single farm enhances both the quality and uniqueness of the spirit. This method ensures consistent quality and optimal maturity of agaves, crucial for developing a richer flavor. It also offers full traceability and highlights the unique terroir of the region, influencing the subtle flavors and aromas of the tequila.
Traditional Brick Oven
A traditional brick oven ensures that the agave piñas are cooked slowly and uniformly, not only maximizing sugar extraction but also allowing for the gradual caramelization of these natural sugars. The result is a tequila with enhanced depth and complexity.
Traditional Stone Mill
This age-old method gently crushes the agave, preserving the natural flavors and sugars, which results in a tequila with a richer, complex profile. By incorporating agave fibers into the fermentation process, it enhances the depth and subtlety of flavors, contributing to a smoother finish.
Distilled in Pot Stills
The traditional pot still is pivotal for crafting a superior spirit, as it allows precise control during distillation. Our double distillation process, using both stainless steel and copper pot stills, enhances flavor concentration and ensures the removal of impurities, which results in a tequila with a richer, more complex profile and smoother texture.
